Wellness Bombs
Peeled, sliced lemon |
1/2 cup |
Ground Black Pepper |
1 tsp |
Ginger |

Turmeric |
2-inch piece |

Directions
1. Start by adding all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender.
2. Next, blend until your mixture is smooth. This will take approximately two minutes.
3. If you want your cubes to have less texture, strain your mixture through a mesh colander over a bowl to remove clumps. If you don't mind the texture, you can skip this step!
4. Transfer the mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone mold and freeze.
5. Each time you need that immunity boost, add a cube to a mug, top with hot water, and enjoy!
