Since 2019 we've been donating $1 of every order to Edesia Nutrition. Our first-ever donation was $1,000 and watching our quarterly donations grow alongside us is easily one of the most rewarding parts of our journey...
In Q4 of 2021 we hit a new record, sending a total of $25,252 to Edesia.
This means that in 2021 alone, our members helped us donate over $76,000 to their efforts.
It only takes $50 to give a child the nutrition they need. To put our contributions into perspective, the donations from the Feast & Fettle community have singled-handedly transformed the lives of over 1,500 children this past year. 🖤
The Edesia team will be using this quarter's donation to answer an ask from International Medical Corps in Somalia:
The overall nutrition situation in Somalia has deteriorated due to the combined effects of flooding, Desert Locust infestation, COVID-19, and more.
This program provides essential services such as nutrition screening and growth monitoring for children under five, management of severe and moderate acute malnutrition, nutritional counseling, and health and nutrition education.
