Bonusly integrates directly with Slack, which is F&F’s central hub of communication. All recognition is shared in a dedicated public feed.
When we launched Bonusly, there was immediate adoption. Simple features like adding GIF’s, emojis, or hashtags to a personalized message makes it engaging and fun.
Every month team members get an allowance of Bonusly points that they can distribute. Bonusly points can be redeemed for various gift cards and custom rewards. But it’s about more than just the rewards and gift cards…
