Each time we decide to launch a new geography, it takes TIME. At Feast & Fettle, our goal isn’t to simply deliver to as many communities as possible, rather, we aim to become a part of as many communities as possible.
When we decided that Boston was next on the F&F map, we only had 2 refrigerated vans, a kitchen that was already at capacity, and a lot to learn about Boston’s local neighborhoods.
We’ve spent over a year preparing, and we’re proud to say that we’re heading into Boston with
• Custom built 7,000sq ft production facility
• 14 refrigerated F&F delivery vans
• 4 delivery days (2 more than we've had previously)
• And a TON of new equipment... combi ovens, blast chillers, tilt skillets, etc.
We immersed ourselves in the city, learning each neighborhood individually and listening to feedback from a group of Boston pilot members.
We’ve met new suppliers like Foley Fish, and we’re partnering with Boomerang Bags Boston - a non-profit using donated fabric to produce free reusable cloth bags for local neighborhoods.
