Our Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Energy Bites are a great cookie dough alternative for that late night craving. All ingredients get pulsed in a food processor, shaped into bites, and stored in the refrigerator. If you aren't vegan you can replace the vegan protein and chocolate chips for regular. We also use gluten free oats - these can also be substituted for regular.

Shredded Coconut | 1/2 cup |
Peanut Butter | 3/4 cup |
Maple Syrup | 3/4 cup |
Hemp Seeds | 3/4 cup |
Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder | 1 1/2 tbsp |
Kosher Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Vanilla Extract | 1 tbsp |
Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips | 3 oz |
