Ever since F&F launched in 2016, we’ve personally delivered each of our Members' meals.
We knew we had to own the entire delivery process, so we got to work.
First of all, we own and operate our fleet of delivery vans. This way, we can be nimble when changes arise, and remedy any issues immediately. And yes, Members are able to live-track their orders all the way to their homes.
Furthermore, we pack all F&F meals in sturdy, reusable cooler bags—reinforced with commercial-grade ice packs that keep food fresh for up to four hours. And of course our drivers will always do their best to place your deliveries out of the sun.
In addition to dropping off your new week of meals, they’ll also collect your cooler bags and ice packs for reuse, as well as reliably recycle your food containers with our TerraCycle partnership, a first in the meal-delivery industry.
So each time we get positive feedback from our Members about our deliveries, we think back to all the late nights we spent solving this operational challenge.
