We serve it with our tzatziki sauce and pickled red onions due to its classic cooling combination but feel free to enjoy it with your personal favorite condiments.

Falafel Burger
Canned Garbonzo Beans - Drained & Rinsed
3 cups
Onions - Diced
5 tbsp
Garlic - Minced
1 clove
Parsley - Chopped
1/4 cup
Cilantro - Chopped
1/4 cup
Cumin
1 tsp
Corriander
1/2 tsp
Granulated Garlic
1/4 tsp
Cayenne Pepper
a pinch
Kosher Salt
3/4 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1/8 tsp
Baking Soda
1/8 tsp
Lemon Juice
1/2 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tsp
Oat Flour
3 tbsp
GF Rolle Oats
2 tbsp
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse that up for a minute or so until a paste-like consistency is formed.
2. Then scoop 4-5 oz of mixture onto a sheet tray, form into 4" patties, then dust both sides with flour (this helps create a better sear).
3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, and sear them for a few minutes on each side until they're golden.
4. Get your burger bun ready with our tzatziki sauce, along with some lettuce and pickled red onions, then enjoy!
