Say goodbye to low-quality, unhealthy store bought dressings!

Our Greek Dressing is created with ingredients you probably already have in your home, and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.

Simply make it in advance, and use throughout the week! It can be held in the fridge for up to two weeks. (P.S. - If you enjoy this dressing, try our Blue Cheese Dressing too!)

Ingredients
 
Red Wine Vinegar  1/2 cup
Lemon Juice  2 tsp
Dijon Mustard 2 1/2 tsp
White Sugar 2 tsp
Garlic - Peeled, Minced 1 clove
Granulated Garlic 1/4 tsp
Onion Powder 1/2 tsp
Dried Oregano  1 tsp
Dried Basil  1/2 tsp
Sunflower Oil 1 cup
Kosher Salt 1/2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper 1/4 tsp

 

Directions
 
1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl, blend well using immersion hand blender or
vitamix blender. Taste for seasoning and enjoy over fresh greens!
