Feast & Fettle has made a huge investment in exclusively using avocado oil for all of our in-house cooking

Why avocado oil? 

First, avocado oil is a superfood in its own right, with a whole host of benefits that make it a no-brainer when it comes to cooking. It's rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, which can help lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease. It’s also a great source of vitamin E, which has been linked to healthier skin and hair.

But health benefits aside, avocado oil is just delicious. It has a subtle, buttery flavor that pairs well with a variety of dishes, from roasted vegetables to grilled meats. Because it has a high smoke point, it's also great for high-heat cooking methods like stir-frying and searing.
