All ingredients get pulsed in a food processor, shaped into bites, and stored in the refrigerator. If you aren't vegan you can replace the vegan protein and chocolate chips for regular. We also use gluten free oats - these can also be substituted for regular.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Energy Bites

Ingredients
Gluten Free Rolled Oats
2 cups
Shredded Coconut
1/2 cup
Peanut Butter
3/4 cup
Maple Syrup
3/4 cup
Hemp Seeds
3/4 cup
Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
1 1/2 tbsp
Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp
Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp
Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips
3 oz
Directions
1. In bowl of food processor pulse oat and shredded coconut together.
2.Add peanut butter, maple syrup, hemp seeds, vegan protein powder, salt, vanilla and chocolate chips to the food processor. Process for until mixture becomes sticky and comes together.
3. Scoop into balls using the black/red handle scoop. Roll into a ball shape. Refrigerate and enjoy all week!
