A classic New England Crab Cake is made with lump crab meat and cooked to perfection - with a crispy outside and meaty inside.

Crab cakes are great served with sides or on a toasted bun with tartar sauce. We hope you enjoy making this New England favorite as much as we do. Scroll down for the full recipe!

Crab Cakes

Unsalted Butter - Melted  2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 1/2 tbsp
Old Bay Seasoning 1 tsp
Fresh Parsley - Finely Chopped 2 tsp
Eggs - Beaten 1 each
Lemon Juice 1/2 tbsp
Kosher Salt 1/4 tsp
Lump Crab Meat 1 lb
Ritz Cracker Crumbs - Crushed 3/4 cup
1. In a mixing bowl combine melted butter, mayo, old bay, parsley, eggs, lemon juice and salt together. Add crab meat and ritz cracker crumbs into mixture and toss to combine (try not to break up the crab too much). Let mixture chill for about 30 minutes.
2. Using 3oz scoop, form crab cake mixture into balls and then press down to make patties.
3. Heat skillet and add sunflower oil. Sear crab cakes on both sides until a nice golden
brown crust forms. Finish in 350° oven for about 5 min.
